GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using the Odeonbeds platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, so please check them regularly.

The Odeonbeds platform is owned and operated by Odeonbeds. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the Odeonbeds platform or any of its content.

 

BOOKING & CANCELLATION

All bookings must be made online.

It is your responsibility to check and make sure all reservation details on the voucher are correct.

Policies relating to cancellations, changes, amendments, no shows, late or early arrivals, and similar situations are provided to you at the time of your booking. You accept these policies by using Odeonbeds.

Hotel descriptions and data are subject to change.

The information stated on the Site relating to location and distances is provided for informational purposes only.

Please read the booking and cancellation policies carefully before making a booking. All the cancellations should be made online.

 

ROOM TYPES & ALLOCATION

There are four room types available: single, twin, double, and triple/quad.

  • A single room has one bed.
  • A twin room has two beds.
  • A double room has either one large bed for two people or two single beds.
  • A triple/quad room has two beds and can accommodate up to 3-4 people.

Room allocation is done by the hotel and is subject to availability at the time of check-in. We will try our best to accommodate your room type preference, but we cannot guarantee that your preference will be honored.

If you request a rollaway bed or baby cot, there may be additional charges payable directly to the hotel.

There may be occasions when instead of a double bedded room a twin may be allocated or a double -bedded room instead of a twin.

Please check with the hotel in advance if you have any specific requirements, such as a non-smoking room or a room with a view.

 

PRICES

The prices shown on Odeonbeds can change at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect reservations that have already been confirmed.

Some countries and cities may impose additional taxes, such as tourist tax or city tax. These taxes are payable locally and are the responsibility of the client.

Clients will be invoiced according to the current prices at the time of online confirmation of booking.

Rates include applicable taxes. However, tourist tax, city tax, and other local taxes may not be included.

 

ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION

If a hotel for any reason cannot accommodate the clients, Odeonbeds will send a notice to you via email. Odeonbeds will also send a list of similar alternatives. Odeonbeds will try to find a hotel in the same area, but this may not always be possible, depending on the city, time of year, and other factors.

B2B client's responsibility

The B2B client is responsible for notifying the client about the cancellation and booking alternative accommodations. Odeonbeds is not liable for any losses or extra costs that may occur as a result of the re-location.

 

COMPLAINTS

If you have any issues with your booking that are not resolved during your stay, you must inform Odeonbeds within 14 days of check-out date from the hotel.
